Move the hero with the on-screen joystick. Shots fire on their own, so your job is positioning — swing wide around packs so the stream of bullets sweeps through them, and never let a group surround you. The green health bar above the hero is your life; the timer at the top counts how long you've lasted, and the counters beside it track your kills and collected points.
Defeated enemies leave small green gems on the ground. Walk over them to fill the experience bar under the HUD.
