How to Play Stick Duel: The War
Each round drops both fighters onto a map — the blue CPU marker on one side, the orange YOU marker on the other — and a countdown ticks down before anyone can move. Weapons sit scattered on the platforms and ledges; walk over one to pick it up, then fire at your opponent across the gaps.
The scoreboard at the top tracks rounds for each side, and the corner readouts show your ammo and remaining health. Physics drive the fights: shots travel, bodies fall, and ledges leave you exposed if you stand still. Platforms are stacked at different heights, so double jumping is how you close distance or break line of sight.
Fire pools and traps built into the map designs will finish you off just as fast as a bullet, so watch the ground you land on. Take five rounds before your opponent does and the match is yours.
Tips
- Learn which weapon you picked up before charging — the game is built around each one having trade-offs, so a short-range pickup is a bad reason to cross the map.
- Use the stacked purple platforms as cover; dropping a level breaks the shooter's line on you.
- Double jump (tap up twice) to reach the upper ledges where weapons often sit before the CPU gets there.
- Keep an eye on the ammo count in the corner — running dry mid-duel leaves you chasing the next pickup.
- Never fight standing in or beside a fire pool; the map hazards kill independently of your opponent.
