How to Play Masked Forces
From the Online Battles menu you can browse listed rooms — each one shows its map, such as Factory or Blockade, the mode and how many of the eight slots are filled — then press Join. Create Room sets up your own match, and Quick Play throws you straight into whatever is available. There are also singleplayer missions if you'd rather practise alone.
In a match you move with WASD, aim with the mouse and fire with left click. The HUD keeps your health in the bottom corner next to the ammo count, and a compass sits in the top right so you can track which way you're facing. A kill feed scrolls down the left side and the leading player's name stays pinned at the top, so you always know who you need to beat.
Get shot down and a respawn countdown appears over your body before you're back in the fight. Reload with R, crouch behind crates and containers with C, and use the mouse wheel to swap to a weapon that suits the range.
Tips
- Watch the leading player's name at the top of the screen to see who is running away with the match.
- Use the kill feed on the left to judge where fights are happening before you walk into open ground.
- Reload with R the moment a fight ends — the ammo counter next to your HP tells you when you're running low.
- Crouch behind the crates and container walls; the maps are full of hard cover and corner sightlines.
- Cycle with the mouse wheel so you're not holding a scoped rifle in a close-quarters doorway.
- Check the compass in the corner to keep your bearings on maps like Factory and Blockade.
