How to Play Tennis Hero
Choose your hero and step onto the court behind the baseline. The camera sits behind your player looking over the net, with the score shown top-left next to your country flag. To serve, hold the button and watch the circular power meter fill — release when it hits the top of its range. Push it too far and the serve is overpowered, so the timing matters as much as the strength.
During a rally the on-screen prompt tells you what to do: "TAP WHEN NEAR" as the ball approaches, then "RELEASE TO SWING". The game grades your timing and will call out a mistake such as "VERY EARLY" when you go too soon, which is your cue to wait a beat longer on the next ball. Points tick up on the scoreboard as you win them, and beating one opponent moves you on toward the next in the event.
