How to Play Pocket Golf
Each hole is a single sketched layout on notebook paper. Pull back from the ball to set your shot: a trail of yellow dots with an arrow at the tip shows the direction you are aiming. Release to fire, then watch the ball travel across the page toward the dark bottle cap that acts as the cup.
Between you and the hole sit the props littered on the sheet — pencils lying flat, a blue-and-red eraser, pale bottle caps and other odds and ends drawn or dropped onto the paper. Doodles of biplanes, monkeys, a trophy and a big curved arrow decorate the background. The goal on every hole is the same: finish it using the fewest putts possible, then move on to the next sketched course. A pause button sits in the top corner if you need to stop, and a number is shown at the top of the screen while you play.
