How to Play Football Leauge
The whole match is viewed from above, with the full pitch — centre circle, penalty boxes and both goals — fitted into one portrait screen. Your players wear red and are spread across the field, and the ball sits with whichever player currently holds it. Tapping or clicking sends the ball to another player, so play advances as a chain of passes rather than by running with a joystick.
The top bar keeps the numbers: a score readout on the left and a ball icon with a count on the right. In the captured frames the score moves from 0 to 1 after a ball reaches the goal area, while the ball counter steps down from 4 to 3 to 2 over the same stretch of play. Blue markers are dotted in rows across the middle of the pitch and small figures stand in each goal mouth, so you pick which teammate to aim for and work the ball down the field from there.
Tips
- Watch the ball counter in the top right — it goes down as you play, so treat each pass as something you can run out of.
- Look at where your red players are standing before you tap; the ball travels between them, so a teammate closer to the attacking goal moves play forward faster.
- The pitch is portrait and quite tall, so plan a couple of passes ahead instead of aiming at the goal from your own half.
