How to Play Terrifying Zombies: Tower Defense II
Each day starts in the build phase. The reinforcements panel on the left lists what you can buy with gold: fence pieces, shock towers, plus upgrades for shelter health, shelter repair rate, tower health, tower repair rate and tower damage, each with its own price. Left-click to select an item and place it around the shelter, then press Ready to start the night.
When the wave begins the map turns dark and green energy pours out of the graves. Zombies spawn at the edges with health bars above them and close in on your shelter. Move with WASD or the arrow keys and left-click to shoot. Killing zombies yourself earns more XP than letting your defenses do the work, so stay active. The HUD tracks your XP bar, gold, hearts, enemies left and the days remaining until the boss fight. If your hero goes down, you can spend gold to clone and revive them and keep fighting.
Tips
- Shoot zombies yourself instead of leaving them to your towers — personal kills give the most XP.
- Fences upgrade their max HP and regeneration automatically each round, so buying them early pays off over several days.
- Zombie damage grows the longer you survive, so put gold into shelter health and tower damage before the boss day arrives.
- Watch the enemies-left counter to know when a night is nearly over and when it's safe to reposition.
- Keep some gold in reserve: if your hero dies you'll need it to clone and revive them mid-fight.
