How to Play People Playground

People Playground is a ragdoll sandbox game that unleashes your creativity with a wide array of tools and weapons at your disposal.  From old-fashioned swords and magic books to modern bombs and guns, you have countless ways to play with your ragdolls. Crush, stab, shoot, poison, or run them over. Customize your map and build fortresses or traps for your ragdolls. Once your environment is set, activate your characters and let the fun begin!

Activating Your Character

To activate a character, double-tap on them to bring up the customization menu on the right. Personalize your characters further with the following actions:

Tips, Tricks, & Strategies

Unlock Secret Characters and Items

Some items in People Playground are initially locked. Unlock these by clicking on them and watching an ad to expand your collection!

Use Slow Motion

Utilize the slow motion feature by clicking on the timer button at the bottom right of your screen. This is especially helpful when you want to carefully observe your environment first and avoid unwanted accidents.

Play with Other Maps

People Playground has not just one, but four maps! Access these maps by exiting your environment and going to “Settings”. Each map offers a unique environment, so take advantage of them and experiment away.

Create Scenarios

Enhance your gameplay and create scenarios such as survival challenges and mini-games with your ragdolls! Team them up or have them compete against each other, and build complex structures or hybrid machinery experiments from scratch.

Experiment with Tools

Discover new gameplay features by experimenting with different items that help you expand your creative possibilities:

• Modify gravity of certain items or characters to make them stay in place.
• Resize items or characters to create different sorts of contraptions and scenarios.
• Use wire tools such as the spring, steel bar, and wood lath to build and connect structures.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it free to play?Yes, People Playground is free to play through your web browser.

How do I make my characters move? By default, your characters are static. Double-click on your character to open the action menu. Click on walk, crawl, or sit to make them move. Click again to stop the action.

How do I make my characters attack?Your characters will only attack if you activate auto-attack. This can be found in the action menu by double-clicking your character. Characters will auto-attack any character within their range. You can customize this range when you click on auto-attack.

What if I want to clean up my environment? You can clear your environment by clicking the trash button at the bottom left of your screen. This will remove everything inside your environment. If you want to remove only the characters, click the trash button with the red cross.

Can I save my creation?Currently, there is no way to save your creation in-game. Exiting the game or switching to another map will reset everything. Therefore, make sure you’ve done everything you wanted before closing!
