How to Play Zombie Hunter Survival

Zombie Hunter Survival is a thrilling online arcade survival game where waves of zombies close in, testing your skills and endurance. Blast your way through a variety of zombies and monstrous creatures with a vast arsenal of powerful weapons and upgrades.

Kick off the action at level one by selecting from three initial weapons to defend yourself: a starter gun, crossbow, or flamethrower. As you fend off zombies, collect the left-behind gems to level up and earn coins for upgrades. Survive long enough, and you’ll face mini and big bosses, with special pickup boxes scattered to help you level up faster.

EXP

Score EXP by defeating as many zombies as possible. Each kill leaves behind a gem–collect these to fill the level gauge at the top of your screen. Every time it is fully filled, your in-game level will increase one fold, unlocking new abilities.

Upgrades

With each level you gain, you’ll access a range of upgrades. Choose from weapons, skills, or defensive boosts to stay alive longer. Upgrades cost 500 coins if you want to reset. Some upgrades to choose from include:

• Supplements: Increases max health by 20%
• Kevlar: Reduces damage by 10%
• Forcefield: Adds close-range defense
• Boomerang: Throws 1 boomerang
• Molotov: Throws 2 molotovs
• Circular Saw: Summons two spinners circling around player

Missions

Complete daily missions to earn coins, available on the home page at the lower left. Missions range from simply logging in to beating bosses. Missions refresh every 24 hours, and a patrol bonus offers extra coins as it fills up.

Customization

Zombie Hunter Survival allows you to customize your character with upgrades as well, available on the home page at the lower right. Available upgrades include:

• Power: Increase overall damage
• Health: Increases maximum HP
• Armor: Increases defense against enemies and shots
• Aid: Increases HP restored from first aid kits
• Fortune: Increases coin drops from pickup boxes
• Learning: Increases leveling speed

Tips, Tricks & Strategies

Upgrade Often

Don’t wait for a level-up to upgrade–use the home page to enhance your character’s stats anytime, maximizing your overall damage and boosting your chances of survival.

Choose Sustained Power

When leveling up, you are required to choose from three upgrade options. Opt for lasting skill improvements, such as increased max HP or weapon damage, over additional weapons like bazookas or molotovs, which have separate cooldowns. Reserve these upgrades instead for emergencies, such as when your health is low or you’re surrounded.

Monitor Your Health

Keep an eye on the health bar, or the red bar above your character. While it’s important to increase damage, it’s also important to upgrade your max health, especially as tougher zombies emerge with each level.

Complete Missions

Missions are a great way to earn coins, which are essential if you want to upgrade your character further. Don’t forget to check your home screen every now and then, as these missions refresh every day.

How do I collect coins?

Collect coins by simply picking them up in the area. Some can be found in the pickup boxes. Completing missions and claiming your patrol bonus also gives you plenty of coins.

How do I check my current resources?

Pause the game by pressing the button beside the EXP bar found on the top right corner of the screen. Here, you can check all the weapons and supplies you currently have, as well as their upgrade level.

Can I keep my resources when I die?

When you die, a quick timer will appear, allowing you to use a potion (if you have stock) to restore your full health and clear all monsters.

Can I save my game?

Yes, you can save your game in Zombie Hunter Survival by hovering on the bottom left of the screen and then clicking on “Save State” (or Shift +F2). You can save your game to either a local file, the browser storage, or the server. Load your game by pressing “Load State” (or Shift + F4).
