How to Play The Rings
The playfield is a dark grid of small white dots. Rings in red, green, orange, blue and magenta sit on those dots, often stacked several deep so one dot shows two or three rings nested inside each other. You use the mouse to click and position rings where they belong to finish the level.
Above the grid sits your score, which climbs as rings are cleared — the frames show it rise from 12 into the 60s across a session. When several clears land in a row, a multiplier appears under the score and the board flashes a banner such as "combo x4" while the rings burst into orange particles. A crown counter in the top-left corner keeps its own number alongside the score, and a pause button sits beside the score at the top of the screen. A Refill button marked with a video icon sits in the bottom-left corner.
Tips
- Watch the multiplier under the score: clears that land back to back are worth far more than the same clears made one at a time.
- Read the whole stack before clicking — a single dot can hold several nested rings of different colours, so the top ring is not the only one that matters.
- Use the pause button beside the score if a board gets busy and you want time to plan your next placement.
