How to Play Scary House Clown Evil
You wake up trapped in the house and start walking its dim hallways — patterned rugs, red-shaded wall lamps and blood smears on the wallpaper, lit only a few metres ahead. The goal is simple to state and hard to do: every room is locked, so you hunt for the key that matches it, open it, and push deeper into the mansion looking for the exit.
Progress is a loop of searching and sneaking. You creep up to doors, peek through gaps and out of windows, and the character's own thoughts pop up on screen as text when something goes wrong — one frame shows him realising a stranger is in the house and that he needs to get out. The clown killer patrols the same rooms you are searching and reacts to signs of an intruder, so you hide, back off down a corridor, or sprint when running is the only option. If he reaches you, the run ends on the death screen and you try again.
Tips
- Learn the hallway layout early — the lit wall lamps are the only reliable landmarks in rooms that all look alike.
- Check a door from the gap or from behind cover before you step through; the frames show the clown can be waiting in the next space.
- Treat every key you pick up as a lead: try it on the doors you have already found locked instead of wandering blind.
- Read the on-screen thoughts when they appear — they tell you what the character has noticed about the killer.
- When you are spotted, put corners and doorways between you and the clown rather than running in a straight line down a long corridor.
