How to Play Real City Driving 2
You start behind the wheel of a supercar on a wide city street, viewed from a chase camera just behind the rear wing. WASD does the driving: W to accelerate, S to reverse or slow, A and D to steer. Space is the brake, useful for pulling the car up before an intersection or scrubbing speed on a tight turn between buildings.
The city is yours to explore. Long straights between office towers are where the top-end speed shows itself, while the side streets and plazas are tighter and reward braking early. Pressing C cycles the camera, so you can switch from the bumper-chasing rear view to a side-on angle that shows the whole car — handy for lining up along a wall or just looking at the bodywork.
The Change Car button in the corner swaps your supercar for a different model, so you can compare how each one pulls away and handles the same streets.
Tips
- Use the long avenues between the tall towers to build top speed — the short blocks don't give you enough road.
- Tap Space before a corner instead of steering at full throttle; a supercar at speed will run wide on a city intersection.
