You always look at the back of your car from just behind the bumper, with the road rushing toward the horizon and mountains behind it. Steering is the whole game: hold one side to drift that way, let go and the car settles back into the middle of the road. Traffic appears far ahead as small shapes — a truck, another car — and grows fast, so you pick a gap early rather than jerking at the last second.
The HUD keeps you honest. A speedometer in the bottom-left reads out your km/h, a large number at the top of the screen counts down as you drive, and two timers sit in the top-left alongside a level marker.
