How to Play Real MTB Downhill 3D
You see the trail over your own hands and handlebars, with a phone clipped to the bar showing a small map of the route ahead. The timer in the top-left counts as you ride, so the run is a race against it rather than against other riders. Steering with the arrow keys, you pick a line down grass banks, past wooden fences and lookout towers, then over bare rock where the bike tips and drops hard.
Two pickup counters sit under the timer, each showing a quantity and the key that spends it — C and V. Frames show both stocked at x2, so they are limited-use items you trigger while moving. Finish a road inside the limit and you move on to the next of the five, banking rewards that unlock bike paint and new gear for the rider.
Tips
- Watch the small map on the handlebar phone — it shows the route shape before you can see it over a crest.
- Keep the timer in view: each road has to be finished before it expires, so straighter lines beat scenic detours.
- Save your C and V pickups for the slow sections; you only start with two of each according to the HUD.
- Rock faces steepen suddenly after the grassy opening stretch, so ease off your steering inputs before you commit to a drop.
- Bank rewards from completed roads if you want the alternate bike colors and rider clothing.
