Puppetman: Ragdoll Puzzle
By Gepnito Games
Puppetman: Ragdoll Puzzle hands you a hard-hatted character called Poly, stranded on a high platform, and one job: get him down to the ground floor in one piece. Each level gives you a couple of lettered buttons that flip platforms, drop crates or swing objects, and a health counter that drains with every hard landing. It runs free in your browser on desktop, no download needed.

How to Play Puppetman: Ragdoll Puzzle
Every level starts with Poly perched somewhere above the ground — on a purple beam, a green ledge, or inside a cart — with a health number beside the heart icon at the top left, usually starting at 100. Your only tools are the round buttons labelled A, B and later C at the bottom of the screen. Press one and something in the scene reacts: a striped platform tilts and dumps him, a blue block shifts, a ladder or a curved chute comes into play.
Because Poly is a ragdoll, he flops, tumbles and bounces exactly as physics dictates, and every impact costs health. The level is solved when he reaches the ground, but the real aim is to arrive with as much of that number intact as possible. Order matters — in the level with the green ledge and the ladder, what you trigger first decides whether he slides down or drops hard. The circular arrow in the top right restarts the level so you can try a cleaner route.
Tips
- Watch the health number, not just the finish — landing Poly on the ground with 100 left is a much better result than scraping through on 19.
- Look at the whole scene before pressing anything. Ladders, chutes and blocks are placed to break a fall if you activate them in the right order.
- A short drop onto a block or ledge usually costs less health than one long fall to the water line.
- Use the restart button freely; levels are short, so experimenting with a different button order is cheap.
Features
- Ragdoll character physics driving every fall and landing
- Logic puzzles built around objects that react realistically
- Simple two- or three-button controls per level
- Numbered levels that add more buttons and props as you go
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Puppetman: Ragdoll Puzzle free to play?
Yes, it's completely free and runs in your web browser with no download or install.
Can I play it on a phone or tablet?
No, this release is listed for desktop only, so play it on a computer in landscape view.
Who made Puppetman: Ragdoll Puzzle?
It was developed by Gepnito Games and released in 2024, built with Unity WebGL.
What do the A, B and C buttons do?
Each letter triggers a different object in the current level — tilting a platform, releasing a block, or moving a prop. The effect changes from level to level, so part of the puzzle is working out which button does what.
What happens if Poly takes too much damage?
The heart counter at the top left drops with each hard impact, so the goal is to bring him down with as little damage as possible. You can hit the restart arrow any time to retry a level more carefully.
