How to Play Cut it Fair
Each stage shows one fruit floating in the middle of the screen with a dashed line labelled "Cutting Point" pointing at it, and the instruction "Slice it into 2" above. Below sit two cartoon glasses with faces, each showing how much it currently holds, plus a glass capacity reading at the bottom of the screen.
Drag the knife across the fruit to make your cut. The two pieces fall into the glasses and the game weighs them against each other — in one stage a strawberry landed as 48.43 percent and 51.57 percent, close enough to count as divided. A clear-screen then shows your fairness rating out of 100, with confetti and a crown, and you can head home or press Next for the following stage.
Precision is everything: the game grades the balance between the halves rather than how fast you swipe.
Tips
- Line your drag up with the dashed cutting-point marker before you swipe — it shows where an even split should land.
- Watch the percentages under each glass after a cut; they tell you which side you're shaving too thin.
- Fruit shapes are uneven, so a cut through the visual middle of a strawberry isn't always the fairest one — aim for equal bulk, not equal width.
- Fairness is scored out of 100, so a stage you cleared with a low number is worth retrying for a cleaner split.
