Every stage starts with an object sitting on a tray, seen from above at a slight angle. The syringe tool hovers over it. You take on the color needed for a section, then apply it to the part of the item that should have that shade — the thumbs-up toast in the early level, a multi-colored lolly a level later.
Later objects are split into more sections, so the order and accuracy of each fill matters. Filling every section correctly completes the level and the counter at the top of the screen moves on to the next one. A pause button sits in the top-left corner during play, next to a video icon.
