How to Play Deadflip Challenge 2024

Levels are built from pale stairways, orange pillars and pink ramps, with small bystander figures standing around the course. Your character starts at a high point and, on your input, launches into the air as a loose, flopping body. The goal is a safe landing — clear the steps and edges rather than crumpling against them.

One click or tap is the whole control scheme, so the challenge is reading each layout before you commit: where the stairs drop away, which pillar sits in the path, how far the next platform is. Coins and star pickups are scattered through the air along the route.

If the landing goes wrong, a card slides in with RETRY and MENU. Retry restarts the same level instantly, so you can keep working one layout until it clicks. The HUD at the top shows your level progress, a counter that climbs in steps as you advance, and quick restart and home buttons on the right.

  1. Look over the layout before you act — stairways and orange pillars sit directly in the flight path on many stages.
  2. Use the restart arrow or RETRY the moment a run goes wrong instead of watching it out; levels reload instantly.
