You control one car on a side-on track that rolls up and down over hills, cliff edges and forested ridges. Two pedals sit at the bottom of the screen, and the arrow keys do the same job on a keyboard — the in-game hint spells this out: use the pedals or the arrows, reach the end, win the race.
Gold coins are scattered on the ground and in the air above the slopes. Picking them up raises the coin counter in the top-left corner, which climbs steadily across a run (23, then 62, then 93, then 108 in a single session). Other pickups appear too, including spare wheels and a plus-one item that floats up when collected, and dark cubes drop in from above on some stretches.
Rival cars in yellow and purple drive the same course alongside you, so you can see exactly who is ahead as you crest each hill. The header bar also holds a restart button, a home button and a sound toggle.

- Watch the coin line ahead of the car — coins sit both on the ground and floating above slopes, so plan which ones you can actually reach.
