How to Play Critical Strike Global Ops

You spawn in a walled town of stone alleys, archways and courtyards, holding a rifle. The HUD keeps it short: health on the left, your cash in the middle, and ammo on the right — the frames show 30 / 150 AK47 draining shot by shot as fire is held. A countdown at the top of the screen marks how long the round has left, and joining players are announced in the corner.

Move with WASD and aim with the mouse, using the small centre crosshair to line up targets down the long sand-floored lanes. Fire in bursts rather than emptying the magazine: the muzzle flash blooms wide and the round counter falls fast. Hit R to reload behind cover — crates, barrels and the thick stone corners dotted around the map all work as breaks in line of sight.

Press B to open the buy menu and trade your cash for something from the modern weapon lineup, and T if you want to type in chat. P pauses the action.

Tips

  1. Watch the ammo readout on the right — reload during a lull instead of running dry mid-duel.
  2. Fire short bursts; holding the trigger burns through a 30-round magazine in seconds.
  3. Use the barrels, crates and stone corners as cover while you reload or reposition.
  4. Bank your cash and open the buy menu with B once you can afford a stronger weapon.
  5. Keep an eye on the round timer at the top so you know how long you have to climb the score.
