How to Play Apocalypse Rush

Your fighter starts outside the trailer at the left of the screen while enemies push in from the right. Arrow keys move you along the ground and K fires your weapon; L sets off a special attack when you want to clear a crowd fast. Enemies carry their own small health bars, and the ones with rifles shoot back from a distance, so the fight is about spacing as much as aiming.

The HUD along the top tracks everything that matters: a large red health bar for your survival, a coin counter, an ammo count, a weapon indicator in the top-left corner with a percentage beside it, and a running timer. Coins dropped by fallen enemies go toward upgrades, so grabbing them between shots is part of the loop.

Waves keep coming with no end point — the timer only stops when you go down. Later waves send several armed soldiers at once, including ones that flank around the trailer side, so the longer you last the more the pressure builds.

Tips

1. Watch the ammo counter next to your coin total — it drops as you fire, so avoid emptying it while a rifle-carrying soldier is closing in.
2. Save the L special attack for moments when two or three enemies arrive together instead of using it on a single straggler.
3. Collect the coins enemies drop right away; they fund the upgrades that keep you alive as waves get tougher.
4. Keep moving with the arrow keys instead of standing still — the armed enemies fire across the screen at range.
5. Don't let enemies get behind you toward the trailer side; clear the ones that slip past before turning back to the right.
