How to Play Temple Quest
Your runner moves forward on his own, so the job is steering. The walkway is a raised brick path over open water, and the pickups appear in lines down the middle or off to one side — the frames show streaks of glowing yellow diamonds and a golden idol standing on the path ahead. Move across the lane to line up with them and to deal with the obstacles that appear along the route.
The HUD keeps it simple: distance in metres at the top right, and a counter of the diamond-shaped pickups just below it. Both tick up as you go, so a good run means covering more ground while sweeping up as much as you can on the way.
Beyond raw distance, there are objectives to complete that build your score multiplier, power-ups to upgrade, and outfits with special abilities to unlock. Tap the pause button in the bottom-left corner if you need to stop mid-run.
Tips
- Chase the long strings of diamond pickups — they come in rows, so lining up early nets the whole line instead of one or two.
- Golden idols sit alone on the path rather than in clusters, so spot them in the distance and set your position before you reach them.
- Completing objectives raises your score multiplier, so a shorter run that ticks off goals can be worth more than a longer, emptier one.
- Upgraded power-ups and outfit abilities help you cover more ground, so put progress into them rather than relying on raw reflexes forever.
