How to Play Rolling Football
Every level shows a layout of square tiles laid out across a flat green background, with the soccer ball sitting somewhere on the course and a goal to reach. Your job is to build the route that takes the ball there, using the pieces the game gives you — ramps, platforms, fans and the other objects each level introduces.
The ball obeys physics, so the shape of the course decides where it goes: slopes send it down, flat runs let it roll, and level layouts spread the track across several tiers, as in Level 6 where sections of tiles sit at different heights across the screen. When a stage is solved, a "Win" screen appears with a forward arrow to continue to the next level, plus buttons to restart, mute the sound or return home. A restart button and a pause button sit in the top corners while you play, so a failed attempt costs nothing but a click.
Tips
- Use the restart button in the top-left corner freely — replaying a level from the start is faster than watching a bad run finish.
- Read the whole course before touching anything; later levels spread tiles across several heights, and the goal may not be near the ball.
- Pause and look at where the ball would naturally travel first, then decide which objects change that path.
- Treat each new obstacle a level introduces as the point of that level — the solution usually depends on it.
