Each round starts with a warning that the lava is about to rise, so the aim is simple: get to the highest point you can, as fast as you can. The frames show a single character standing on floating dirt-and-grass blocks against a purple background, hopping from one small platform to the next as they climb. Miss a jump and the rising lava below is waiting.

The lava level does not only climb — it occasionally drops back down, giving you a short window to reposition or grab something before the next rise. Chests scattered through the levels hold jump and speed potions, and some stages add falling sand blocks and lava lakes to complicate your route.

There are 12 main levels plus 2 special ones. Two players can compete on the same keyboard, with Pro on WASD and Noob on the arrow keys, or you can run the single-player mode alone.
