How to Play Nightshade Archary
Move your archer along the stone floor with the left and right controls and fire arrows at anything in your path. Enemies — the spiked, glowing-eyed creatures hanging around the arches — die to your arrows, but touching one with your body kills you instead, so shoot first and keep your distance.
Height is the real puzzle. Arrows that stick into walls and pillars become platforms: fire one, then jump onto it to reach tiles you cannot otherwise touch. Stacking these shots is how you climb past chandeliers, cages and flame-lit columns toward the upper ledges.
Every level hides a key. Collect it, then head for the wooden door waiting at the end of the stage to finish and move on. Levels bring different enemies, so the mix of shooting, jumping and trap-dodging changes as you go.
Tips
- Fire an arrow into a wall before you jump — the shaft is the platform you land on.
- Never walk into an enemy; contact kills you even if the arrow would have.
- Sweep the level for the key before running to the door, since the door will not open without it.
- Watch for spikes and flames set into the floor and columns while lining up a jump.
