How to Play Gangsta Duel

You start each level on a flat rooftop with a set number of opponents — the counter in the top-right corner shows how many are left to beat. Walk your fighter using the on-screen stick (labelled W, A, S, D) and get close enough for your attacks to land. Enemy health bars appear above their heads as you chip away at them.

Your two skill buttons sit in the bottom-right corner: one bomb-style attack and one blade attack. The frames show the blade swing sweeping a wide arc around your character, so it can catch more than one thug standing together. Enemies also taunt you with speech bubbles while they crowd in.

Defeated opponents drop coins — a message flashes up when you collect them, and the counter in the top-left corner adds them to your total. Clear every enemy on the roof to finish the level. The pause button in the top-left opens a small menu with sound, home and resume options.

Tips

  1. Line up two or three thugs before using the blade swing — its arc covers a wide area around you.
  2. Watch the enemy counter in the top-right to know how much of the wave is still standing.
  3. Check the small health bar above each opponent so you can finish off a weakened one instead of spreading damage.
  4. Stay away from the roof edges and the red ramp while you fight so you keep room to back off.
  5. Pick up the coins that drop after a knockdown — the counter at the top-left tracks your running total.
