Races are viewed from the side, with a full dashboard filling the lower half of the screen: a large rev counter and speed readout in the middle, a nitro gauge on the left, the current gear on the right, and a pedal button you hold to accelerate. Watch the needle climb toward the coloured zone and change gear there — the end-of-race summary counts your perfect shifts, so clean timing is worth real money.
After the run you get a breakdown against your opponent: total time, top speed, 0–100 kph, and how many perfect shifts you landed. Payouts stack a race prize with bonuses for the launch and for good shifting, and that cash goes into the garage.
In the garage you browse cars and read their stats — power in BHP, weight, and handling, plus notes like drivetrain and gearbox ratios — with upgrade values shown as bonuses on top of the base figures. Four locations each offer their own race types, including a story progression, leaderboard runs, custom races with adjustable difficulty, and randomly generated events.
