Your snake moves on its own and constantly turns toward the mouse cursor, shown as a small white arrow just ahead of the head. Steer by sliding the pointer around the screen — wide arcs to cruise, tight loops to circle back on an orb you overshot. Holding a click makes the snake move faster, which is how you close distance on food or break away from another snake.
The orange orbs scattered across the arena are the energy you feed on. Each one you swallow adds segments, so the green body in the first frame grows into the long tail seen later.
