How to Play Single Stroke Line Draw
Each level shows a set of gold dots joined by pale outline segments. Pick any dot to begin, then drag along a segment to fill it in — completed paths turn solid orange while untouched ones stay grey. The level is done when every segment has been coloured, which means finding a route that covers the whole figure without doubling back over a line you've already drawn.
Choosing the right starting dot is most of the puzzle. Early boards like the five-point star or the crossed square in the frames have only a handful of valid routes, and one wrong turn leaves a stranded grey segment on the far side of the shape. The toolbar at the bottom gives you an undo arrow to step back a single move, a restart button to clear the board, a hint button with a limited counter, and an info button. A header shows how far you are through the set — the frames run Level 2 of 26 up to Level 5 of 26. There are two modes: Classic for untimed solving, and Timer mode where you race the clock.
Tips
- Look for dots with an odd number of lines meeting them — on shapes like the star, starting at one of those points usually opens a valid route.
- Draw the outer edges last where you can; long crossing diagonals in the middle are the segments most often left stranded.
- Use undo instead of restart when a single turn goes wrong, so you keep the rest of your route.
- Save the hint button for the later boards, since the counter next to it is limited.
- Play Classic mode first to learn a figure, then repeat it in Timer mode when you know the path.
