How to Play Helix Jump
You drag left and right to rotate the helix around its white central pole. The ball stays put on screen and keeps bouncing; what changes is which slice of platform is beneath it. Find the opening, hold it under the ball, and it falls to the next ring down.
Each platform is split into dark safe sections, colored sections and red forbidden spots. Bouncing on dark or colored parts is fine, but touching red ends the run. The counter at the top of the screen tracks your progress as you descend, as seen in the frames where it climbs from single digits into the sixties.
Points come from depth and from chaining. If you keep the gaps aligned and the ball drops through several openings in one continuous fall, you score more. Fall through three or more levels at once and the ball becomes strong enough to smash straight through a red spot instead of dying on it, which sends platform chunks flying.
Tips
- Line the gap up before the ball lands, not after — you rotate the tower, so late corrections just move red into the ball's path.
- Chain falls whenever the openings roughly stack: three or more levels in one drop lets the ball break through a red spot.
- Small drags beat big swipes. Over-rotating tends to swing a red section under the ball.
- Watch the ring below the one you are on so you already know which way to turn next.
