You start with a customer in the salon chair, seen from close up in portrait view with a bright cartoon shop around her — radio, shower head, shelves of bottles and a lit mirror. The tools sit on the counter at the bottom of the screen: a pump bottle of shampoo, a pink hair dryer and a rolled towel in one set, and a brush, scissors and a blue bottle in another. Click or tap a tool to pick it up, then click or tap on the hair to use it.
The hair changes as you work. Frames show a huge dried-out afro, long loose waves after brushing, and neat twisted braids later on, so the cut and style you apply reshapes the whole look.
