How to Play Monster DIY Create
You start in the monster workshop: a skeleton on a lit pedestal, with two mechanical arms overhead and a tray of parts along the bottom of the screen. A row of small icons above the tray marks which slot you are editing, and the grid below fills with every option for that slot.
Tap or click a part to fit it onto the figure straight away, so you can see the result before committing. The Next button moves you to the following body slot and Previous steps back if you want to rework an earlier choice. Some tiles carry a small lock-style badge, and one slot in the accessory lists is a crossed-out circle that leaves that part empty. Work down the body — cat-eared and bunny-eared heads, striped arms and legs, boots, horns, ribbons and tails — until the last panel shows Done and your monster stands complete on the platform.
Tips
- Use Previous freely — the figure updates instantly, so you can swap a head or legs after seeing how the rest turned out.
- The crossed-out circle tile clears a slot; leave tails or horns off if the design looks cleaner without them.
- Pick the head first and match arm and leg colours to it, since the head is the largest, most eye-catching piece on the model.
- Scroll the part tray — the grids run past the first visible rows, so more options sit below.
