How to Play Cooking Street
Each customer appears on the left with a thought bubble showing the dish they want and a small green bar that drains while they wait. Tap the raw meat stacked under the grill to load a slot, then watch the circular timer on each piece as it cooks.
When a piece is ready, move it onto one of the plates on the central counter, then deliver the finished dish to the waiting customer. Serving quickly keeps the counter clear and earns coins, shown in the bar at the top of the screen next to a running total such as 7/40 or 55/40. The HUD also counts the customers still in line, ticking down from 9 as you clear them.
Two grill slots start locked behind padlock icons, and a blender and a round prep station sit off to the side, so there is more of the kitchen to work with as you progress. Coins you earn go toward upgrading the restaurant.
Tips
- Load raw meat onto the grill before a customer's bar gets low — cooking takes real time, so start early rather than reacting to each order.
- Watch the circular timer on each piece on the grill; leaving food sitting there wastes seconds you could spend plating.
- Keep both plates on the central counter free so a finished dish always has somewhere to go.
- Check the head count in the top bar — a long queue means you should be cooking several pieces at once rather than one at a time.
